France new cars sales average CO2 emissions

The day that many auto industry moguls have been secretly dreading for years is fast approaching. After positive initial progress, of late frantic industry attempts to cut fleet average CO2 emissions from cars in the EU to 95g/km by 2021 appear to have screeched to a sudden halt

While on this particular CO2 emissions front Germany’s blatant lack of progress came hardly as a surprise to industry observers, the same certainly cannot be said for France.
